Our firm, together with a temporary group of professionals including Sibillassociati, Studio Tecnico Pizzorni, Eng. Elena Musso, Studio Associato Delucchi e Maldotti, Dr. Agronomist Paola Spagnolli, Architect Francesca Salvarani, Smartargets, and Tandem, was awarded the design contract for a new linear urban park with underlying parking on the site of the current Piazzale Kennedy.
The project's goal is to redevelop a currently degraded area, in accordance with municipal urban planning provisions.
This redevelopment will take place through the inclusion of public spaces and services, including an urban park that extends and complements the green belt planned for the Levante Waterfront, and an underground parking lot that ensures the area's accessibility and usability at a supra-municipal level.
Studio PRD took care of:
Interference Resolution Project;
Structural design of the new single-storey underground garage measuring 168.6x35.8 m;
Of the excavation plan;
About the project for the new rainwater disposal network of the new park;
Fire prevention in underground parking.
