The design activity is developed according to the classic scheme suggested by the regulations governing public procurement: appointment of the project manager within the firm, development of preliminary, definitive, executive and detailed projects complete with all the documentary documents for tenders such as specifications, calculations, estimates, economic tables and contract templates.
The project documents are developed using CAD and BIM techniques for structural analyses in the elastic, static, and dynamic fields, for complete graphic processing and three-dimensional models.
The level of preparation and experience brought together in PRD has allowed it to embrace a market that extends from small businesses to medium and large companies, offering the necessary assistance support.
Structural Design
We handle the design and verification of civil, industrial, and historical structures. We offer modeling, consolidation, and geotechnical services, following the project through all phases up to realization.
Architectural Design
An integrated approach combining architecture and engineering. We follow the client from concept to 3D modeling and rendering, up to realization, even for listed (protected) properties.
Safety Coordination
We are qualified for safety coordination in temporary and mobile construction sites, including confined spaces. We collaborate with Iren, Ireti, and Amter for the installation of water, sewage, and gas networks throughout Liguria.
Fire Prevention Procedures
Complete drafting and management of fire prevention procedures (civil, industrial, public), from design to obtaining the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI).
Plant Engineering Design
Consolidated experience in the design of water supply, sewage, and aqueduct networks. We have collaborated with important entities such as IRETI for collectors and infrastructure.
Construction Management
We manage construction supervision, accounting, and the final testing/inspection of the works. We provide "turnkey" solutions, guaranteeing quality and safety up to the final handover.
Cadastral Procedures
handle municipal, cadastral, and ASL (Local Health Authority) procedures. We also offer environmental acoustics consulting with qualified technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance and targeted solutions.
Energy Audits
We perform complete energy audits on buildings and systems. We provide analysis and targeted interventions to optimize consumption, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and full regulatory compliance.
