The project consists of a semi-underground structure intended for car parking that extends over five levels from the first level level equal to +168.50 up to the finished average roof level equal to +184.00.
The car park contains a total of 67 garages (13 double and 1 triple), 3 covered parking spaces and 15 surface parking spaces.

Vehicle access to the garage is provided by three entrances: the first, serving the first two levels of the garage, is located to the south, corresponding to two existing parking spaces; the second and third, which provide access to levels 3 and 4, and level 5, respectively, are located to the north, also with an entrance on Via Mario Preve.

Pedestrian access to the various levels of the garage is provided by a stairwell, equipped with an elevator that serves all five floors. This stairwell is accessible from Via Mario Preve near the parking lot above the garage and from the first level, via the southern driveway.

From a geotechnical point of view, the work involved the construction of temporary structures consisting of a barrier of micropiles supported by tie rods made with Diwidag bars at various levels and at the specific level through the use of metal struts.

The excavation, which developed on one slope, included fronts ranging from 6 metres to 17 metres in height, some of which were built adjacent to historic buildings.

From the point of view of the elevated structures, the work was carried out with single and double-storey prefabricated pillars and semi-prefabricated honeycomb and Predalles slab floors completed on site.
